Cocoon 2.1.6 is out

Apache Cocoon 2.1.6 has just been released. This is mainly a maintenance release, while development of version 2.2 continues.

Noticeable new features in this release are JavaFlow, which brings continuations to Java, integration of JavaServerFaces, new features in the portal engine, NekoHTML to "xml-ize" HTML documents, and many improvements to Cocoon Forms for form handling.
