Cocoon PMC chair

Yep, that's me. I am the new Cocoon PMC chairman. Which also gives me the shiny title of vice-president of the Apache Software Foundation.

Thanks to all, and I hope to be up to your expectations!

PS: Carsten and Matthew were faster than me at blogging this event.
