May I refer you guys to my old blog regarding Android support for LWUIT: http://www.jroller.com/vprise/entry/how_portable_is_lwuit

Windows Mobile runs PhoneME which is pretty great with LWUIT... You also always have the option of SuperWaba or similar tools. Other than the iPhone (to which there are some solutions) most other stuff should be reachable with LWUIT. Whether it will provide a "proper" user experience is a debate of its own...
