Matthew: Five year itch

Posted on Mon 02 May 2005
Matthew is kind enough to publish the slides of his forthcoming presentation about the five years he spent looking at, using, getting involved and finally making a business with opensource products.

A lot of things that sound very familiar to me, the most surprising to non-involved people being that customer spontaneously come to you when you've made yourself a name and position in the opensource project. Saying "I can provide support" is nothing if you're not involved.

Thanks for this nice wrap-up of five years of sweat!
